Diploma(Pharmacy): The online choice filling for the first round of counselling has commenced. Candidates are advised to fill and lock their choices on the portal up to 24.09.2025 (11:59 PM) to ensure consideration for seat allotment.
B.Pharmacy: The online choice filling for the first round of counseling course has commenced. Candidates are advised to fill and lock their choices on the portal by 23.09.2025 (11:59 PM) to ensure consideration for seat allotment.
B.Pharmacy: The Online Centralised Counseling for admission to the B. Pharmacy course for the academic session 2025–26 will commence once the pending affiliations from Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (Affiliating University) are formally granted to the respective B. Pharmacy institutes.
B.Arch.: Rank Card for B.Arch Course for the Session 2025–26 has been revised due to a typographical error. Candidates are advised to download the Revised Rank Card and fill their choices accordingly.
B.Arch.: The last date for registration for admission to B.Arch course has been extended up to 06/08/2025.
B.Pharmacy: The OCET-2025 for B.Pharmacy will be conducted from 04.08.2025 onwards. The Admit Card for OCET-2025 is now available. Download your Admit Card to appear in the examination.
B.E./B.Tech (Lateral Entry): The Admit Card for OCET-2025 is now available. Download your Admit Card to appear in the examination.
Diploma(Engg.)(Lateral Entry): The Rank Card will be available on the website on 07 July 2025 at 11:30 AM.
B.E/ B.Tech: The online choice filling for the first round of counseling has commenced. Candidates are advised to fill and lock their choices on the portal by 09.07.2025 to ensure consideration for seat allotment.
B.Architecture: Registration started from 01:00 PM on 27/06/2025.
B.E./B.Tech (Lateral Entry): Registration started from 04:30 PM on 12/06/2025.
B.Pharmacy (Lateral Entry): Registration started from 04:35 PM on 10/06/2025.
B.Pharmacy: Registration started from 03:00 PM on 06/06/2025.
B.E./B.Tech: Registration started from 04:00 PM on 05/06/2025.
Diploma(Pharmacy): Registration started from 10:00 AM on 05/06/2025.
Diploma(Engg.)(Lateral Entry): Registration started from 10:30 AM on 04/06/2025.
Diploma(Engg.): Registration started from 31/05/2025.
PPP ID is mandatory for all Candidates who belongs to Haryana. The particulars of the candidates will be fetched automatically from PPP database during the registration process for the courses and the said detail will remain in non-editable mode.
All the candidates are advised to keep their updated/ verified/ corrected copy of PPP ID before signing up for the courses.
Eligibile candidates can add the special categories i.e. HGST/ KM/ MAR/ SDB/ TFW/ EWSs at the time of registration of application form. If the eligible candidate does not add the special category to his/ her application form at the time of registration, then same will not be added after confirmation of application form.
In the event of verification of Application form by the Designated Centers, if the marks are updated/ corrected by the Designated Center then the choices filled by the candidate will be deleted and candidate shall fill the choices again for confirmation of seat.
The candidates shall upload the scanned copy of relevant documents (as per the details filled in application form) as and when required in PDF format of 100 KB for each document at the time of filling of online application form.
Keydates are tentative, please visit HSTES website (www.hstes.org.in) regularly for revised key dates.
Candidates are advised to keep their passwords secret for their own use only and should not disclose to others. In the event of sharing of password, candidates will be solely responsible for the change of registration details and filled-up choices etc.
To increase the probability of getting a seat, candidates are advised to fill-up maximum choices.
